It looks like it's no longer in svn but still in the repos:

 $ communityco qucs
svn: URL 'svn+ssh://aur.archlinux.org/srv/svn-packages/qucs' doesn't exist

If you want to keep it in the repo, readd it in svn.  Otherwise remove
it from the repo.
