[aur-general] rabbitmq

Hello,

the package rabbitmq is quite old in AUR. The current Maintainer p2k
does not answer on mails or comments.

I have an up2date rabbitmq PKGBUILD here with some fixes (rabbitmq as
system user instead of a normal user). Can i become maintainer
permissions on this package?
