[aur-general] Why do we use --config-dir ./ in /usr/share/pacman/PKGBUILD-svn.proto ?

When running into similar problems with -git packages, the best
solution I found (instead of tweaking the PKGBUILD itself) is to use
`tsocks'. Provided tsocks is properly configured, `tsocks makepkg'
does the trick.

I honestly have no idea, but I guess it is set for a reason.
