[aur-general] Renaming some python packages

I've renamed a few python packages I maintain: could somebody please 
delete the old versions?

   (renamed to python2-dumb, since it is mostly a module)
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=45702 python-caldav
   (renamed to python2-caldav when fixing dependencies)
