[aur-general] Deletion Request southerncross-git and mcabber duplicates

good day.
two weeks ago southerncross github was deleted due halt of development
(see reference in [1]). it was orphaned upon and since then nobody came
up with a mirror (even though removal was announced 6 weeks ago). so i
guess 'southerncross-git' [2] is redundant for now and can be removed.

also there are some duplicates of 'mcabber-hg' (which is the
source-version of mcabber in [community]) which can be deleted:
'mcabber-devel' [3] is orphaned and flagged out of date for 6 months.
'mcabber-crew-hg' [4] is simply a duplicate. 'mcabber-lm-hg' [5] is
outdated (sources are 404). i contacted the maintainer (see mail below)
and he agreed for removal of both of his packages, too ([4] and [5]).
