[aur-general] removal request: dmd2-bin & libphobos2-bin

Hello!

There are 2 D-related packages which are obsolete:

* dmd2-bin (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=39654) and
* libphobos2-bin (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=39655)

orphaned and can be removed.

There are other & newer packages:

* dmd2 (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27521) and
* libphobos2 (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27522)

which are maintained.
