[aur-general] Merge reuest: microchip-mplab_bin to microchip-mplabx-bin

Dear TUs,

Please remove microchip-mplab_bin(1) and merge to 
microchip-mplabx-bin(2), the main reason is the name and version, the 
'x' was represented in (1) as v10, this worked during the beta version, 
but now the final version is out and is being proclaimed as v1.00 with 
MPLAB X as name.
