[aur-general] Remove request: pure-svn

Hi there,

I've recently taken over some of the ophaned pure-* packages, including
pure-svn.  I found that in fact the Pure project migrated from subversion
to mercurial some time ago (see
http://groups.google.com/group/pure-lang/browse_thread/thread/43cbd5c494c0f485/d32ecaa860f7b192?lnk=gst&q=mercurial#d32ecaa860f7b192),
so I have created a pure-hg package to replace this.  The pure-svn package
doesn't compile and is no longer needed now, so I think it should be
removed.
