He is active, and his current email address can be found in the
PKGBUILD of remotedroid-server [1].

Since the error returned by Comcast's email server seems permanent, I
went ahead and updated his email address in the AUR to the one
specified in the PKGBUILD above.

Also, adding him to Cc for this email.
