OK it's not what I thought it was:

A chat on #openscenegraph reveals an ffmpeg build with
-D__STDC_CONSTANT_MACROS from december 2010 worked.

You have to disable ffmpeg for now if anyone wants this rebuilt. And
it's not like it's that affected by poppler. Just remove it from the
TODO.
