[aur-general] Remove AUR pvfs2

Please remove the AUR package pvfs2.

For general use, pvfs2 has been replaced with the orangefs package,
which is a branch of the pvfs2 project focused on being more usable.
The original pvfs2 is more experimental and targets a few large
systems in particular.

I now maintain just the orangefs package.
