[aur-general] Removal of gimpshop

Unless someone knows better than I do, this package is broken beyond repair
( .bin extensions on EVERY source file).  There are only two links to the
source for this and they are both the same way.  I'm not certain what were
to happen if you were to strip the .bin extensions.it may be tainted with
malicious code.  Not to mention the project has been long dead.
