[aur-general] Please orphan eclipse-photran

Hi,

the package eclipse-photran is terribly outdated and not working. I
contacted maintainer by comments and email, including sending updated
PKGBUILD, but there was no reaction (for 3 weeks). In current state it
does not even exist at specified download location. I'd like to take
over maintaining of this package because it's dependency of package I
maintain and stops people from installing it.
