you are right. I made a simple grep for "berlios" on th PKGBUILDs in abs, and
for uqm there is

# Contributor: tochiro at no.spam.mail.berlios.de

Therefor the false positive.

I agree with Ionut that a wiki would be better than a Todo-list in this case.
