[aur-general] perl-perlio-eol

Hey guys,

I'm trying to upload perl-perlio-eol to the AUR, and I'm getting a
message that it's blacklisted.  Apparently, due to this commit...

...it was dropped from community, but doesn't that mean that it's
perfectly fine to maintain in the AUR?  If this is so, I'd be happy to
put it up and keep an eye on it.
