[aur-general] prune_bin - deletion request

thank you and yes, you're right. for now: the reason why prune_bin has
been deleted is that the author has renamed it to gpsprune. its
successor is available at
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=51734. and i will try to
make it right in the future.
