[aur-general] Remove `react` and `ocaml-aaa`

Hello,

Can you please remove `react` package [1], because:

* it's abandoned
* it doesn't have an ocaml- prefix as suggested by OCaml Package Guidelines

* there already is a *supported* up to date package [3]

There's also orphaned `ocaml-aaa` [1], which aimed to be a stripped down
version of `ocaml-batteries` [2] -- but seems
to be no longer maintained. So, I guess it would make sense to remove this
package as well.
