[aur-general] Disown Request xchat-svn

I contacted the current maintainer of xchat-svn[1] to become the next on
June 03, 2012, he responded back on June 14, saying "Be my guest. I no
longer use it." and I waited, but he didn't orphan the package, nor
respond to my subsequent "You have to 'orphan' the package in order for
someone else to pick it up. :)" message even though it's reaching two
months.

Since he already said I could have it, but didn't orphan it, disown
request. :)
