I would say yes. No source to be found (Also the Source links in the

Keeping the PKGBuild doesn't offer a real benefit.
But I'm not the actual "maintainer"...

Out of date and the extra/xfce4-settings package also enables the 
pluggable-dialogs: PKGBuilds are more or less the same in case of features
