Moved the following packages to the aur for anyone to maintain:
texmaker, qbittorrent, lightspark, spyder, python-rope, python2-pyflakes

gummi, ginac have found new maintainers in community and will stay
python2-rope will also stay as an orphan in community because
ninja-ide depends on it
