[aur-general] Package rename requests: mingw32-lcms1 and mingw32-lcms

Hi,

We can currently only delete (or delete+merge), not rename.
If the maintainer of mingw32-lcms resubmits the package as
mingw32-lcms2, we can then delete+merge mingw32-lcms1 into
mingw32-lcms.
