[aur-general] [delete] pyasn1, pysnmp, and pysnmp-devel

I've created python-pyasn1, python2-pyasn1, python-pysnmp, and python2-pysnmp
using the current python packaging guidelines.

Please remove the outdated, obsolete, and incorrectly packaged alternatives:

pyasn1[1]       - I have not heard from the maintainer for 2 weeks
pysnmp[2]       - Same maintainer
pysnmp-devel[3] - orphan

It might be best to merge the votes and notifications, so if possible please
merge pyasn1[1] into python2-pyasn1[4]. Also merge pysnmp[2] and pysnmp-devel[3]
into python2-pysnmp[5]. If the comments can be left out, then please do as they
don't really pertain to these new packages.
