[aur-general] Disown Request cellwriter

Hi,

Please contact the package maintainer directly, by e-mail, since the
notifications may have been turned off (maybe by accident).
If you don't get a reply from the maintainer (or an update/comment)
for two weeks, we can disown the package.
And as the others said, please save the "out-of-date" flags for when
the package is out of date (a new release is available).
