[aur-general] Removal request---numpy-html and scipy-html

Hey there,

Could you please remove the packages numpy-html [1] and scipy-html [2]?  
I've cleaned them up and resubmitted them as python-numpy-doc and 
python-scipy-doc, respectively, which fit better with the Python package 
naming scheme.
