[aur-general] Deletion request

In anticipation of the final /lib move please remove [1] because it
doesn't build anymore with recent kernels and soon the module will be
installed to the wrong place.

If possible merge the votes into [2] as it includes code fixes to build
cleanly on recent kernels and a few more supported pid:vid combinations.
