[aur-general] reinstalling properly an AUR app

I managed to install properly by doing this. First makepkg,
then pacman -Uf pkg.tar.xz.

Now pacman -Q returns correctly Texstudio in the list.
The only remaining issue is that I must sudo texstudio to start the app !
