[aur-general] Moving libmatio from community to AUR

In connection with the package signing TODO, a few unmaintained
packages have appeared on the list.
Most (all?) of these are old, not in tip-top shape and does not awake
enticing and tingling emotions in the average package maintainer.
I think we should just move these to unsupported if in doubt.
