[aur-general] Rename python2-legit-git to legit-git

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the AUR package python2-legit-git[1].
As pointed out in the comments by trontonic this package should be named 
"legit-git" instead (as said in the guidelines[2])

Please rename this package.  Thanks.
