[aur-general] Removal and rename requests

Hello,

Could a TU please remove the following AUR packages:
- libopenspotify-git: abandoned upstream 2 years ago, doesn't work
  anymore. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=33913
- netcfg-openvpn: has been merged in netcfg.
  https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=20543

And rename my Python 2 packages from python-* to python2-*:
- python-feedformatter: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=32382
- python-markdown-video: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=39043
- python-poster: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=23819
- python-putio: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=43611
