[aur-general] Merge request

[Sergio Correia]

Please merge tclcl-ns [1] into tclcl [2] and otcl-ns [3] into otcl [4].
I had uploaded the -ns versions of these so that ns [5] would be able
to build properly, but I talked to the former maintainer of [2] and
[4] and he orphaned them and I am now maintaining those.
