[aur-general] deletion request: qscintilla-dev and eric5-dev

Hi. I was the maintainer of qscintilla-dev[1] and erc5-dev[2] package,
when eric5 was beta, and needed this. Nowadays, stable version, present
in [extra], is enough. Please, remove dev packages. Thanks
