[aur-general] Delete and Disown Request

Please, delete irpf2012[1]. I'm keeping a version with regular updates through
the package irpf[2]

This program is updated annually, and the previous version is discarded.Keep a
package using the year in name, is not a good idea.

Disown the package receitanet[3], He needs to be synchronized with the irpf to
work, and its maintainer is out for a long time.
