[aur-general] deletion request

Could yall please delete /nocp/, I'm the developer, and I thought that 
/nocp/was fully functional and ready to be packaged, but upon further 
testing today I realized that it's hardly functional at all, which is 
pretty dang disappointing.  Anyway, here's a link to the AUR package 
page thingy.
