Following packages are out of date and orphaned and couldn't be revived,
as their source is dead, or better PKGBuilds are available.

The aeskulap package seems to conflict dcmtk and dreieck made a new
package to avoid this. As this package is more maintained than the

Packages that should be merged/removed, but not possible:

Both packages are the same. Though the later was more up-to-date in the
past. I suppose the first wasn't updated and someone uploaded the second.
In case of naming, there should only exist one of those and more
packages are uploaded as coin-*.
I wrote a comment and suggested a change.
