[aur-general] merge request

I've updated brackets-bin (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/brackets-bin/)
so you can merge brackets (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/brackets/)
with it and delete brackets-deb (
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/brackets-deb/)
