[aur-general] Cleanup arch2gem mess

I own several packages with the same functionality.

packages
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch/
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch-git/

should be removed as their upstream project is dead. In fact its
functionality superseded by gem2arch-ruby. I am going to rename the
*-ruby package to gem2arch later.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch-ruby-enterprise/

should also be removed.

Bottom line. Please merge following packages:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch/
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch-git/
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch-ruby-enterprise/

into
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gem2arch-ruby/
