[aur-general] Geogebra merge and delete requests

Please merge geogebra4.2-beta [1] into geogebra5-beta [2] (we don't need
more than one outdated beta package). With that done, there is no reason
for geogebra4.2-beta-prim [3] to exist.

While we're at it, I think geogebra-prim [4] can be deleted as well, since
all the "prim" packages do is add a desktop file and a small sh-script
which launches geogebra with a different command line option (which no
longer work, as far as I can tell).
