[aur-general] Delete request: pygpgme

Please delete the package pygpgme[1].

The PKGBUILD is broken (builds a package with no files), and it's a
duplicate of python2-pygpgme[2], which works correctly. No packages
depend on pygpgme (the last one was alot, which I've just adopted and
changed to use the working package).
