[aur-general] Merge request: nginx-passenger

Hello,

Could somebody please merge the following packages (resulting in
'nginx-passenger')?
  nginx-passenger
  nginx_passenger

Also, if it isn't too much of a stretch, is it possible to merge in
passenger-enterprise-nginx as well? I don't own it, but it hasn't been
updated in 3 years, and certainly won't build due to the outdated
passenger-enterprise-common dependency.
