[aur-general] Delete xbmc-pulse and merge morituri-svn -> -git

Ahoy,

Deletion:
XBMC has been shipped with PulseAudio support for a little while, so 
xbmc-pulse[1] is not needed anymore.

Merge:
I took over maintainership of the morituri VCS package and moved it from 
Subversion to Git, so please merge morituri-svn[2] into morituri-git[3].

If you have any comments etc. about the -git package, please direct them 
to the Bitbucket project page:
