[aur-general] please remove osc-source_validator-git

The package osc-source_validator-git [1] should be removed.

"osc-source_validator" is now provided by the package
obs-service-source_validator [2] directly, which previously required it 
externally.


FYI:
OBS = Open Build Service (by openSUSE)
You can work on the OBS with the "osc" package and actually build suse 
packages on Arch together with "obs-build-git".
obs-service-* are optional dependencies for "osc".
