[aur-general] deletion requests

Requesting deletion of few packages:

* ptrtd (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ptrtd/), cause its
officially dead (look at http://www.litech.org/ptrtd/)
* quagga-dn42 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/quagga-dn42/), because
the forked features will be included in the main quagga tree by equinox
* pyirc (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyirc/), 'cause its the same
as pyirct (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyirct/)
* pyirc-ssl (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyirc-ssl/), 'cause I'll
upload a SSL package with the new name scheme (like pyirct-ssl)
* pyicq-t-svn (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyicq-t-svn/), 'cause
pyicqt-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyicqt-git/) is newer.
