[aur-general] [Merge Request] bsnes and bsnes-aio into higan

Hi all,

higan has finally succeeded to bsnes, I've just updated my higan package to
the newest release. Could you merge [1] and [2] into [3]?
vEX (bsnes' maintainer) and I agreed some time ago that his package be
merged into higan, and I'm the maintainer of both [2] and [3]
