[aur-general] Merge yukon/seom-svn -> -git

[Frederik "Freso" S. Olesen]

The upstream Subversion repositories of yukon and seom have disappeared, 
but seems to be more or less semi-officially continued on GitHub. The 
-svn packages in AUR were orphaned, so I have adopted those as well as 
uploaded new -git ones:
