Not really. The below will give you a list of packages which are not in
the repositories and not in the AUR:
$ pacman -Qmq | grep -xvFf <(cower -i --format %n $(pacman -Qmq))
...but there's no distinction between "not in the AUR anymore" and
"never was in the AUR to begin with".
