[aur-general] Removal and merge of two Xfce packages

Hi,
please remove this packages from AUR:
URL: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-corner-plugin/
Reason: Orphan, really old, won't compile

and merge this[1] into this[2] to better fit guidelines.
