You need to send an email to the maintainer and wait for 2 weeks without an
answer before it can be disowned. Maintainer has not updated his packages
in 3 years, but last voted just days ago, which means there's still a
chance (however slim :P) that he'll update it. Also, please include a link
to the package next time.
