[aur-general] disown request: python-flask-{actions, debugtoolbar, flatpages, genshi}

I'd sent a message to lowks Tue, 28 May 2013 15:36:18 about his out of
date/broken python-flask-* packages, but it doesn't look like he's been active
since 2011.

python-flask-actions [2] ; (a) (b) (c) (d)
python-flask-debugtoolbar [3] ; (a) (b) (c) (d)
python-flask-flatpages [4] ; (a) (b) (c) (d)
python-flask-genshi [5] ; (a) (b) (c)

I'd like to take over said packages; please orphan them.

(a) requires renaming of the package itself: python-* -> python2-*
(b) has python-* dependencies that no longer exist
(c) lacks a package() function
(d) a newer upstream version is avaliable
