[aur-general] Cinnamon theme packages

Hi everyone,
I noticed that almost every Cinnamon theme in AUR have the same
comment made by the former maintainer (now they're orphan): "Themes
can be downloaded directly from cinnamon-settings. It is no longer
necessary to maintain this package".

Should we remove all those packages?
