[aur-general] Orphaned and outdated haskell packages

If I got this right, there're 1252 such packages:

The cleanup policy seems to be "old packages stay in the AUR unless
the source (upstream) is gone", but I have nothing against making an
exception for arch-haskell submissions :-)
